By using Write-Off, you agree to these terms. Write-Off is provided by DTM Solutions LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

Write-Off is an accounting tool for tracking business income, expenses, and tax deductions. It is designed for informational purposes and does not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for tax filing decisions.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person — do not share account credentials.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Write-Off. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your financial data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Limitations

Write-Off is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not responsible for errors in tax calculations, categorizations, or AI-generated data. Always verify important financial information with a professional.

Subscription & Billing

Free accounts have usage limits. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent purposes. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
